10:1. ಸಮಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹಾಬನಿಗೆ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿದ್ದರು. ಯೇಹುವು ಇಜ್ರೇಲಿನ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆದು ಸಮಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಅಹಾಬನ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿದ ಪಾಲಕರಿಗೂ ಅವನು ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಯೇಹುವು ಪತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ,

10:1. ಸಮಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹಾಬನಿಗೆ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಇದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಯೇಹುವು ಸಮಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇಜ್ರೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಿಗೂ ಹಿರಿ ಯರಿಗೂ ಅಹಾಬನ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವವರಿಗೂ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆದು ಸಮಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ--

10:1. Ahab had seventy sons living in Samaria. So Jehu wrote letters and sent them to Samaria to the leading officials of Jezreel and to the guardians of Ahab's dynasty. This is what the letters said,
